Since its inception, Baron & Budd has devoted much of our law practice to representing injured workers and protecting others from occupational injuries. Unfortunately, work-related exposures to toxic substances that occurred years, even decades, in the past may later result in the development of certain cancers and other diseases.

Exposure to dangerous levels of noise on the job may likewise cause hearing damage that grows worse with time. In such cases, Baron & Budd is committed to providing our clients with the quality legal assistance and ultimately, the financial compensation to which they are entitled.
